Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

I stand behind the quality of my product and my ultimate goal is your satisfaction.  The ordering process is designed for ease and to allow you the opportunity to change your order before it is placed.  Please know that I am working diligently behind the scenes to get your order to you as quickly as I can.  This includes late nights and early mornings.  Because of this, your custom order is processed at all hours of the day.  Once your order is sent for custom cutting, I am unable to retract your order and can not offer a refund.  Due to the custom nature of the product, I am only able to offer a refund if your dissatisfaction is a result of something I caused.  Please understand that if I have caused an error in your order I will apologize profusely and I will happily replace your product.  If I am unable to correct the mistake before the event, I will offer a full refund including shipping.  Simply return your product postmarked before the event date and I will do everything to correct my error.  I do ask that you review your order and inform me within 2 days of receiving if there are any issues.  After 2 days receipt of your order and no comment, I will infer that the product is to your liking and am unable to offer a refund.  Please note that if the situation merits, refunds are only credited once I receive the returned product.

Delivery Time

I understand that your time is extremely valuable and I appreciate you trusting me to create that custom piece for your special event.  No one wants to get your product to you more than I do.  Designing toppers is exciting to me, so I am anxious to see the final product.  Because of this, your order is processed quickly.  Normal delivery time is 3-4 weeks.  Rush delivery is available for an additional charge.  I have received orders and delivered them in as short as 3 days, so give me a call if you find you are in a similar situation.

Privacy Policy

I am an extremely private person and I presume that you wish to keep your personal information private as well.  You can rest assured that personal information you enter on this site is not shared, sold, or traded with anyone under any circumstance unless required by law.  Your e-mail address and phone number are requested specifically so I can contact you quickly if I have a question or need clarification about your order.

I highly encourage you to tell me your thoughts on how you felt the moment that you first laid eyes on your custom topper.  Tell me what others thought of your piece.  I like to share stories and hopefully you do as well.  If you give me permission, your comments and photos may be added to this site.

Shipping

I use the USPS to ship the product to you. I find it most convenient because I can access the lobby and ship your package 24/7.  I place a delivery confirmation on all of the items I ship so I can ensure that the package makes it to you.  Standard shipping is $15 with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks.  Expedited shipping is $35 with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks.  Express shipping is $50 with a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.  Ohio sales tax is charged on all orders being shipped within the State of Ohio.
